More Mizuno Neo Zen 2 arrived in store. Men's and women's and NOW £105 (WAS £140). One of Mizuno's bouncy - yet stable shoes on a high stack (40mm) and great for a a nice flowing long run or even for a pick-up run.

The 361 Meraki 7 women's WIDE FIT - D width arrived with us. The Meraki is a 'shop favourite' - a lovely balance of rebound and shock attenuation. The ride on the Meraki 7 is smooth and light, making it super popular. We stock standard and wide fit. Try in store.

From pavement to trails the 361 Taroko 5 is a great shoe for mixing a run on multi-terrain. Super cushioned, grippy and a great fit. The women's model arrived in this week. Give it a try, it's a popular model to add in a shoe rotation, offering versatility and outstanding durability too.

We've a pile of Mizuno Neo Zen 2 in store - just waiting for you to take out for a spin. Over the coming weeks we shall be taking in shoes from a few brands for you to take out for a spin, hosting runs from the store and generally giving you insight in to a few newer models. We've done this many times before, but with so many new shoes, and in particular so many new foams, shoe geometries, shoes with plates. footwear intended for use in a rotation depending on the workout ... it seems more important than ever.

All you need to do to borrow the shoes for a few days or a week, is pop in to store, get sized up and leave us your details. We are going out on the road with these from wk/c 22 June, so if you want to loan a pair for a few runs then they do need to be back with us by Sat 20 June. If you do like them, we'll have a great offer on the Zen 2 for you too.

NEW 361 Taroko 5 trail shoe has arrived in store. A big update for this one - with a super lightweight Extrem3 Lite midsole - making it super agile on the trails and on to patches on the road. Oh, what I would have done to have trail shoes just like these in my days 😆. Come give them a try in store.
