A lot of people assume they need to do more exercise to feel better.
Often they simply need to keep moving consistently.
One of the biggest reasons aches, pains and stiffness return is because we stop moving for a few weeks and expect our bodies to stay the same.
Pilates isn't about pushing harder.
It's about moving regularly enough that your body remembers what it feels like to move well.
