AquaHiiT is a fun, high-energy fitness class in which you perform a range of simple aerobic moves in the pool.

No matter what your ability or experience, AquaHiiT is an inclusive activity suitable for anyone and everyone. The upbeat classes will ensure you are working out, boosting your fitness levels and having a great time!

AquaHiiT classes are ideal for fat burning, burning up-to 400 calories in 45 minutes.

They are a real energy boost, classes will help you increase your stamina, tone up and help relieve stress.

Looking for a new workout routine?

It may be time to venture beyond the gym and dive into aqua aerobics.

AquaHiiT takes dynamic aerobic movements to the pool. You can expect a full-body workout that combines cardio and strength-training exercises.

Sessions are designed to be highly motivating and a lot of fun.

My low-impact classes are a great way to build strength and fitness, make new connections in and out of the pool, and breathe new life into your workouts.

You don’t need to be a strong swimmer: you’ll always be able to reach the pool floor as you jump, kick, and move your way through a class.

Your workout will also be enhanced by using a range of workout equipment. This may include water weights for lifts and extensions or woggles for improving coordination , building core strength and flexibility as you move against the water.

Limited body movement? All exercises are demonstrated with an alternative.

Special requirements for exercise? We will meet your needs to the best of our abilities.

Regardless of your age or fitness level, aqua aerobics is an easy way to boost your cardio routine.

Here are some of the benefits you can expect to enjoy from regularly taking part in water aerobics classes:
