I’m really looking forward to welcoming you today for your Bohemia Floating Sound Immersion at Epworth Swimming Pool ✨

Please ensure you have read the full suitability and health guidance within your booking confirmation prior to attending. By attending the session, you confirm you feel comfortable and suitable to take part in the experience.

To keep things simple, here are your key reminders ahead of your session:

✨ Your session time

Your exact session time is shown on your ticket (either the 3.00pm session or 4.30pm session).

Please refer to your ticket for your correct arrival time.

If you’re unsure, feel free to message Bohemia and I can confirm this for you.

✨ Arrival

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your session start time.

There is plenty of parking available on site.

Due to the nature of the experience, late arrivals won’t be admitted once the session has begun.

Please note that Epworth Music Day is taking place today and there may be some road closures within the town centre. Access to the swimming pool and car park will not be affected, however please allow a little extra travel time and set off in plenty of time for your session.

✨ What to wear

Please wear light, comfortable clothing. The pool area will be warm, particularly with the forecast temperatures, so lightweight clothing is recommended.

✨ What to bring

• A small towel (for your feet when getting on and off the float)

Everything else will be provided.

✨ The experience

You’ll be gently guided and assisted on and off your floating bed, so you can feel completely supported throughout.

We’ll begin with a short grounding meditation, followed by the sound immersion.

There’s nothing you need to do — simply relax and receive.

✨ A gentle note

If you have any injuries, medical conditions, or anything you’d like to make me aware of, please let me know before the session begins.

✨ A few small requests

To help keep the space calm and safe for everyone:

• Please ensure mobile phones are on silent

• Avoid bringing any sharp objects onto the beds

• Please avoid anything that may stain the beds, such as oils, fake tan, heavy makeup or wet nail polish

30 Years of Epworth Pool! 🎉🏊‍♂️

A lovely photo from the early days of the pool. Pictured left to right are the Clugston Construction Project Manager, Don Stewart MBE (Chairman) in the centre, and Rob on the right. This was taken standing in the pool before it was even heated – and it was certainly cold! 👍🏻

16th June marks our 30th anniversary. Rob started working at Epworth Pool on 1st June 1996, and just two weeks later the pool opened its doors. He has been there ever since and has been part of the journey from day one. 👍🏻

Thank you to everyone who has supported Epworth Pool over the last 30 years. 💙

This is perfect for anyone looking to work in the leisure industry 🛟💦- potential hours available at Epworth Swimming Pool once qualified 👍🏻

📢 Calling anyone aged 16+ who wants to achieve an internationally recognised qualification that will enable them to save lives all over the world.

We're running Lifeguard qualification courses (RLSS NPLQ) over the summer at NL Active Ancholme, NL Active Axholme North, NL Active Baysgarth and NL Active The Pods.

The course at NL Active Axholme North is:
▪️Monday 20 July, 8am to 4pm
▪️Tuesday 21 July, 8am to 4pm
▪️Wednesday 22 July, 8am to 4pm
▪️Thursday 23 July, 8am to 4pm
▪️Friday 24 July, 8am to 4pm
▪️Sunday 26 July, 9am to 1pm (assessment)

The course costs £300 and can be booked by calling 01724291900 or by popping into site.
