Looking for a fun way to get active in the water? We’ve got TWO NEW adult classes starting! 🏊‍♀️💙

💪 HYDRO CIRCUITS
📅 Tuesdays | ⏰ 8:15–9:00pm
A full-body workout using the resistance of the water and equipment at different stations. Great for improving cardiovascular fitness, muscle tone and strength, with reduced impact on the joints!

🏃‍♀️ AQUA JOGGING
📅 Tuesdays | ⏰ 10:15am swim warm-up
⏰ 10:30–11:00am class
A fantastic low-impact workout in the water, helping you build fitness and strength while being kind to your joints.

💧 Both classes are for adults!
