The sniffles definitely threw a wrench in my routine lately. I’ve learned over the years that when you don't feel like working out, sometimes the best thing you can do is actually rest.

​Today, the spark was finally back. ⚡️ No fancy equipment, just me vs. the floor for 6 sets of 12 push-ups.
