Absolutely s**t myself with anxiety and praying I have it easy with any side effects. Looking forward to actually having some energy after a decade plus iron deficiency!!

This one is such a simple one..... but how many of us reach for a cup of coffee/ tea first thing in the morning?!

Even though tea and coffee are mostly water, they contain caffeine, which is mildly diuretic—especially if you haven’t had anything to drink since overnight.

Drinking a glass of plain water (I personally have electrolytes in mine) restores fluid balance, supports blood flow, kick-starts digestion, and helps your nervous system work efficiently.

Once you’re hydrated, your morning coffee or tea becomes the energizing boost it’s meant to be—without starting your day in a slight dehydrated state.

Celebrating my birthday has literally been the last thing I have wanted to do today, this time last week our world literally felt like it was imploding, it still does. But the gratitude I have for simply just being with my babies and Rob Edmonds is next level. The future looks daunting and scary but we have each other always and that's all that matters 💗

My family are the greatest gift of my life and always will be! And I am super grateful for the amazing people in my life who show up for me and my family when it matters most, I truly see you and love you all!

Happy 14 years to the love of my life! Even typing that seems so surreal!

I genuinely love you more today than I ever have done. It's been a wild ride, wev had some super tough times that most couples wouldn't normally experience and somehow wev still come out of the other end stronger.

Thank you for your patience and most of all, even when iv resisted it, Thank you for teaching me what it is to being truly loved. For each and every part of me!

Here's to another 14 years of loving each other and growing together and doing life by each other's side! 💖
