gularly with other people. Our Tuesday coaching sessions are very popular, and have attracted many new members. Membership is open to any runner, male or female, who meets the above criteria, and you can be assured of a friendly & welcoming atmosphere.

Sunny Sunday ☀️ runs on the Downs.

Congratulations to Emelie Lindqvist for being awarded our May Runner of the Month after her epic performance at the Brighton Run to the Sea 50k where she finished 4th!

Our various groups headed off over the trails this morning giving the Perch route one last recce run as a group. It’s looking good!

Our members recce ran the 2000 Perch course last night. It was a little muddier than we’re expecting on race day after the recent downpours.

Course is looking good though 👍

Sundays done the way.

We had a team out running the superbly organised Dorking 10s, a few runners at and our usual set of morning trail runs across Epsom.

It’s always a pleasure to be out with fellow club runners wherever that may take us!

We ❤️ and it’s always a great Saturday when we have our pacer volunteer takeover month. We covered every minute from 20-40 minutes and hopefully helped a few parkrunners to achieve their target times 🎯

Well done everybody.

Well done Team Oddballs at Farnham MABAC, brilliant running from everybody, but a huge congratulations to and for taking first place in the Men’s and Women’s races 🥇

Based on the provisional results we won the Men’s race by 8 points and the Women’s by just 1 point over Dorking & Mile Valley, as we always say every runner counts at MABAC!
