Mumzfit UK Mumzfit gets busy mums back into shape, providing a program of functional exercise aiming to improve I am a 35 year old mum of 2 gorgeous little girls.

I have been working in the sport education and fitness industry for over 15 years and know the importance of getting back into shape after pregnancy. I help to motivate and encourage mums to exercise in a friendly environment, with like minded ladies. All of the exercises I do can be carried out at a level that suits you, with alternatives always offered.
