After purchasing a Bulk Buy ticket, we recommend selecting all your classes to secure your place. Spaces are limited, so please select your classes in advance. Or you can select your classes as you go, each time you log in to the booking website - as long as they are within the set timeframe (starting from the date of your first class that you book)

Bookings can be transferred up to 24 hours before the start of the class

Bring the kids to ((BOUNCE)) BEATS Easter Weekend

Children 8+ years old can be booked on to participate as long as a guardian is present for the duration on the class.

This is the perfect way for YOU to get your workout done ☑️ and for the kids to burn off some half term ENERGY ✨

Kids under 8 can come too but must be under parent/guardian supervision. Bring snacks, toys, tablets, headphones, books, anything to keep them occupied while you get your exercise done.

BEATS is our percussion-based workout that uses weighted drumsticks to add extra focus on the arms and upper body. We still use the trampoline in a variety of ways. The style of the music is a fun-filled carnival vibe. You are going to LOVE this class!

Wednesday 12th November - it’s our 6th Birthday Diva Party 🥳 👑 Find your inner ‘Diva’ whilst working out. Sing, dance and simply have some FUN enjoying tracks from the Divas of the music world 🎵 🎤

Wednesday 17th December - ((B)) BEATS CHRISTMAS SPECIAL 🥂🎅🏼🎁🎄 ((BOUNCE)) with Beat Sticks 🥁 There will be bouncing and drumming as we use the trampoline in a variety of ways alongside Carnival Style Music 🎉

Our timetable is slightly reduced as I’m on my honeymoon end of November/Early December.
