Achieving a beach ready body is just not an important motivation for us at UKICY. Altering body composition is important but we look at it in terms of how it helps an athlete reach their peak performance and the gains achieved from simply adjusting our body weight to strength ratio.
We say simply because commitment to training is as simple as showing up. Simply start by focusing on one thing and avoid overwhelming yourself with trying to control all the factors that play a role in your body composition. Commit to proper training three times a week and not only will you see results but the way you look at the other determining factors such as nutrition, sleep, and even the friends you keep, will come to the forefront when the time is right.
When you know how much you put into it you’ll realize how valuable your gains are and naturally start to question the things you probably already know you could address but have ignored. As soon as you show up we view you as a serious athlete, no matter where you start, once you say yes we begin to help foster that intense belief of athletic awesomeness in you.
We all have limitations and some are genetically more gifted, however despite genetics with consistency, and determination the genetically unblessed can outdo the outliers that are unorganized, lazy, and flakey. Transform your excuses into reasons to get going and choose a winter of challenging yourself. Think about expanding your comfort zone instead of having to leave it.
