Our blocks are one of the strongest and durable products available to buy and guaranteed to last. Each set is made to order, hand built using the highest quality materials and cleverly engineered to take a pounding.

RS Lifting Blocks will make your lifting easier, help improve form and reduce risk of injury.

A must have piece of equipment for all serious gyms and boxes.

RS Lifting Blocks Spec:
• Each set individually hand built using a cleverly engineered method.
• Constructed using doubled up, highest grade plywood.
• Precise cut interlocking system.
• Durable 12mm rubber bedded on triple plywood top section.
• Heavy duty product with ultra-stability.

Sizes of individual sections:
• Section 1 Block - 900mm L x 500mm W x 380mm H
• Section 2 Block - 900mm L x 500mm W x 300mm H
• Section 3 Block - 900mm L x 500mm W x 150mm H
• Section 4 Block - 900mm L x 500mm W x 150mm H
• Top section Block - 900mm L x 500mm W x 67mm H (this section is to be used on top of all sets to prevent damage to wooden surfaces)
