It was amazing to spend the day with our partner Torelli Pro Cycling at the Kreiz Briez Elites Feminine race in France last week. A tough race but it was great to see Torelli riders in the breakaway and a great ride by Isabella Bertold, who it was fantastic to finally meet, along with Tony Orrell (who have both been big champions of what we are doing at MentalFlo), and the rest of the team. Good luck for Ireland!

You train your legs three times a week. When did you last train the thing that drives them?
