I was filled with momentary anxiety at the thought of delivering a 'cogs-still-turning 'no'' when asked this question at the recent event

This talented 20-years young ladyin photo had actually attended my pilot business start-up workshop when I first launched ROOTS POD Academy 7 years ago this month. It was humbling when she approached me to share that she had started her own business and had also kicked herself at not taking my workshop more seriously 2-3 years after it had finished

I'm proud to have partly influenced her successful entrepreneurship journey while she's also balancing the corporate world. Witnessing her investment in personal and professional development at the event made me even prouder.

I vividly recall her confident Dragon's Den style pitch from my workshop - she was destined for greatness!

It's a true blessing to support young individuals as they navigate through life. Sometimes, the impact we have on others is only realised years later.
