Dreaming of less rainy days!
This was NOT taken this morning 😂

Just wanted everyone to appreciate how amazing these girls looked at class a few weeks ago. These photos were not posed for. They were moving together perfectly with great form and even when their whole bodies were shaking they still stayed focused 💪💪

What a scorcher of a session it was this morning!
Flipping Tyres, Burpees and a super hard core session, sweat was flying everywhere but this bunch didn’t give up and gave it their best for the whole session!

This is one of my favourite sayings, as it just makes no sense.

You can never be too unfit for Bootcamp and you’ll never be ‘fit enough’ for Bootcamp!

The idea of Bootcamp is that it pushes you, makes you feel strong and after the session gives you all the feels that you can take on the world!

All abilities welcome and I promise you’ll love it or your money back!

Coopersale Bootcamp....
Don’t let the name put you off, I promise not to shout and scream at you. It’s up to you how much you push yourself in class but I will be right beside you cheering you on.

If you don’t enjoy your first class with Coopersale Bootcamp, I’ll give you your money back! If you don’t try, you’ll never know.

Outdoor exercise classes for all abilities. Six classes a week in our lovely village of Coopersale.

Mon, Weds & Fri 9.15am
Mon & Weds 6.15pm
Sat 8am

Group classes are £6 per session.

Keeping your body moving for as much of the day as possible is a great way to expend more energy without really ‘working for it’ ⁣
Walking is great exercise, it’s easy on your joints, you can go at a pace that suits you and most of the time you won’t even sweat! ⁣
Getting out in the fresh air helps to clear your mind and gives you some time to get back to being you. It really can clear the cobwebs away. ⁣

The forest is so beautiful right now, the colours are coming out and it doesn’t all look like a brown boggy mess! These photos were taken this morning. Another great excuse to go for a walk. You don’t even have to walk in the forest. Just anywhere! ⁣

If you don’t like walking on your own, there’s even an app where you can borrow someone’s dog for an hour! ⁣
⁣
If this all sounds too much, maybe just come to Bootcamp instead or book a one to one Bootcamp session to ease yourself into classes.⁣

What an abs session!
The class worked really hard to make sure those abs were on fire!
A little bit of EMOM exercises in between sets to mix things up a bit.
I think there will be some aching muscles today!
