Joan Phair has sent me this earlier, what an amazing journey this year 👏👏
After many years of overeating, comfort eating and binge eating I reached a weight that I wasn’t happy with at all, so I decided it was time to do something about it. I was 49, very overweight, very unfit, had a bad back after recovering from a herniated disc, and I was at a stage where I got too comfortable with elasticated waists and black leggings!! (I know!! Lol)🤷🏻♀️😂🙄 I wanted to be thinner, fitter, and healthier by 50...so I joined Smart Gym in January and quickly realised how unhealthy I’d become! I got a healthy meal plan from Team Inhat at the gym, and they suggested having some one to one coaching, and I started training once a week with Coach Rado in February. Then I started getting the results I wanted! Gym closures during these lockdowns sorta slowed progress a while but I turned 50 in Nov and I’ve lost 3 stone! 🙌💪🏋️♀️🎉 Lots more work to do and thankfully Rado doesn’t listen to all my excuses..too old...too fat!! Lol NO EXCUSES YES YOU CAN!!! 🗣🥵He knows how far to push me on, and I can honestly say I wouldn’t be where I am now if he wasn’t pushing me on and encouraging me. I highly recommend anyone wanting real results and improvements in health and fitness to give Rado a call...u won’t regret it!! I’m working on losing the next stone!! KEEP PUSHING!!! 🗣🙌
