If I’m honest… this is something I need to remind myself of too.
As a personal trainer, people might think I’ve always got it together—but I have days where I doubt myself, where I feel the pressure, where I forget just how strong my body really is.
Motherhood changes you. Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. And sometimes, in the middle of taking care of everyone else, it’s easy to lose sight of your own worth.
But here’s the truth I keep coming back to:
My kids don’t care about my dress size.
They care that I’m present, happy, and able to keep up with them.
So this is your reminder (and mine):
You don’t have to be skinny to be strong.
You don’t have to be perfect to be enough.
Strong looks different on every mum—and that’s exactly how it should be. 💪✨
