Great week so far. Pb at Barcelona Hyrox mixed doubles, 3x5k pbs, 1x5mile pb, 2 first places in Deka with Denise still to go in Barcelona with her partner Lou. Just need some good weather now.

Almost home time, been a good week. On the podium again, this time in Rimini and then competing in the Hyrox World Championships in Nice. Also got to carry the flag for the Walk of Nations which was some craic. That's the season over and we've got about 16 weeks to get ready for the next one.
