This is open to all for rolling and learning but also for anyone to come in to work on their own mobility, flexibility and extra effort between your regular personal training sessions or rehab appointments.

Massive congrats to Bruce winning Coach of the Year at the recent British Wrestling Awards.

We have been blessed for years in having one of the best Wrestling and Grappling coaches in the World at OMMA and it’s great to see Bruce get the recognition for coaching that he deserves.

We have Wrestling with Bruce every Tuesday at 6:30pm at OMMA and then MMA grappling at 7:30pm. Come get involved.

Also big shout out to Darragh Love winning Senior male athlete. He’s been a massive help over the years helping get our guys ready for fights.

Massive achievement for both guys and it’s an honour to have a coach and guys around the gym at this level.
