From day 1 Aimee has implemented every bit of advice and knowledge I have provided her with and as a result her confidence has soared, her strength has skyrocketed and her weight as came down 🚀🔥

Aimee makes the most of every session, always pushing for 1 more rep or a heavier weight 🏋🏼‍♀️

Last week Aimee hit 100kg on the hip thrust for 8 reps and made it look easy 👀 Cannot wait to see her progress even more over the summer months.

Had the best time off with my family in Portrush. Plenty of food and steps on the beach🧁🌊

Now it’s time to get back on track.

When people come back from holidays or time off they immediately think of OVER RESTRICTING themselves and doing hours of cardio to burn off the extra calories.

This is not necessary. Just go back to your normal routine. Don’t feel guilty for having a good time.

My journey to becoming a Fitness Coach 🙋🏼‍♀️🏋🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️⁠

Health and fitness has always been my passion. From playing different sports as a kid to finding my feet in the gym. ⁠

In recent years I have listened to friends and family talk about fad diets and s**t cookie-cutter workout programs. I always listened without screaming in their faces *calorie deficit* 👀👂🏼⁠

Last year I had a lightbulb moment when I realised *i can help people with their health and fitness journey* 💡⁠

That's why I decided to become a fitness coach and subsequently create this page.⁠

Aimee has been coming to PT for a few months now and I think we both love her sessions. We always have such a laugh throughout the workout 🤣⁠

It has been amazing to see Aimee's confidence skyrocket week on week. She is getting stronger in all her compound exercises each session. ⁠
