If you have radar on board it is essential that you understand how to set up the equipment and to be able to interpret the information shown on your screen to avoid radar assisted collisions. This one day course held at Emsworth School of Navigation will teach you about basic radar principles, use of radar for navigation, pilotage and collision avoidance, radar reflectors etc.
