Friday is here folks and the wkend is almost ready to start !! First things first…training returns tonight and will be in the ‘Dance Studio’. Make sure you bring plenty of fluids…you’re going to need them.

These lessons are also a must for Dan grades and trainee instructors to attend…the detail of your knowledge that you pass on to students can only grow for the better when attending these high class sessions.

Happy Friday Folks !!! We’re back from our Wales adventures and heading straight back to the dojo to end the wk on a high with an action packed session !

We also have a Birthday girl in the dojo tonight….Happiest of a birthdays Milliee…wishing you an amazing 8th birthday.

As the temperature has now cooled…I’m expecting everyone to be in full Gi attire.

Good morning all, last night was quite a warm session!! A fair amount of sweat was produced during the lesson and everyone pushed till the very last seconds of the lesson. Extremely impressed how you’ve all maintained coming to training during these very warm evenings. Bravo to you all 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Today we start our mini tour to wales and visit our Welsh dojo and Sensei Stu Best. It’s going to be a very action packed couple of days.

Happy Monday everyone and I trust you’ve all had a fab wkend. Kicking off this wk with our first training session starting at 7pm sharp! We then have our mini Wales adventure tour including a visit to our Welsh OSSKA club with Sensei Stu Best ! Lots of fun to be had lots of memories to be carved !! Exciting times ! Bring plenty of fluids tonight !! It’s going to be a warm one ! OSU 🙏🏻🥋
