Most people come into personal training assuming a program is written once and then followed for weeks at a time. That’s pretty common, and in a lot of places it makes sense.
That isn’t how I coach.
At Foxhill, nothing is pre-written or reused. Training is rebuilt every week based on what actually happened in the last session, how you moved, what felt solid, what didn’t, and what needs addressing next. The work evolves as you do.
That level of attention tends to change more than just strength. People become more confident in their bodies and more comfortable handling physical and mental challenge, because the work is always appropriate to where they are right now.
You’re not following a system here. The system is built around you.
