It’s a question I get asked a lot — and quite rightly too.

When you come to my classes, you’re not just getting a workout. You’re getting sessions that are carefully planned, thoughtfully taught, and backed by years of training and experience.

💪 Thursday 9:30am – Intermediate

LED and taught by Meg ( 👋me!) a fully qualified, originally trained with Body Control Pilates, Pilates Teacher and all round enthusiast about movement and Pilates, with 13 years experience in teaching movement - working with beginners to advanced, clients wanting to feel better and really learn the why behind Pilates. You will leave feeling refreshed and energised.

This week we have been working on the classical Mat and all that this brings….

For me as a teacher, it’s those light bulb moments - that extra lift, length - connection to your body and why I LOVE movement and the feel good vibes.

I received this message tonight 🫶 taking this client from pain, to moving with ease, now with no pain but with grace and super strong technique.

The feedback has been flowing this week, I am incredibly proud of everyone, tailoring the Pilates method to you and your body and for giving new exercises, shapes, control and determination a try.

Thank you for keeping me super busy, with packed out classes full of energy, laughter, real teaching movements and pure joy and shared love of movement.

When I’m observing your movement, there is pure joy in my cup at seeing your progress.

Join our brand new Tuesday 9:30am Pilates class.

Led by Meg, fully qualified and 14 year experienced Pilates teacher.

Our Pilates Matwork classes are focused on building strength and mobility, increased flexibility, supporting nervous regulation and creating movement that feels good.

You can expect a warm, welcoming and calm environment, where movement is supportive and inclusive of every body and experience level.

As the year draws to a close, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to all my clients for being part of Pilates classes, whether in person, online, or one-on-one.

Your trust, dedication, and enthusiasm make every class a joy to teach . I'm grateful for each of you that step into class and allow me to make your week/s hopefully a little brighter.

As we step into the New Year, I'm thrilled to continue our journey of movement, growth and laughter together. ✨Here's to another year of mindful practices, strength, and wellness ✨

All classes are fully booked for January, thank you for your enthusiasm! 🙏 I do have limited spots available for private sessions.

I'm taking a moment to pause, spend time with family and friends and will respond to messages on December 28th.

The classes are suitable for all levels — whether you’re brand new to Pilates or returning to your practice.

You’ll be guided by a fully qualified, experienced and passionate teacher ( me Meg!) at a comfortable pace in a relaxed, encouraging environment where everyone is made to feel welcome.

If you’ve been thinking about giving Pilates a try, this is the perfect place to start ✨
