Ely City Hockey Club

Ely City Hockey Club A ClubMark accredited, friendly club with three mens, three ladies teams and an active Junior section

Ely City Hockey Club is based just outside the historic City of Ely, at Ely Outdoor Sports Association. We're a friendly club and welcome players of all ages and all abilities. We've got some great facilities with the newly resurfaced astroturf pitch overlooked by a vibrant clubhouse. Our 3 mens teams and 3 ladies teams play in the Mr Cricket Mr Hockey East Hockey League and we offer something for

everyone. Whether you want to reach for the heights of the Mens or Ladies 1st teams or just fancy the odd game on a Saturday, you're welcome at Ely! We also have a very active Junior section with over 100 boys and girls aged 5-16 years training each week led by England Hockey Level 2 coaches. Social events are a big part of the Club's annual calendar, whether it's a pint in the clubhouse after the game or the (slightly) more formal annual end of season dinner, there's plenty of opportunity to meet people from throughout the club. The club also runs a popular weekend summer tournament which attracts over 15 teams from the around the country each year - camping is optional but partying isn't!
