KIDS SUMMER CAMP | CURRENT YEAR 6's
This summer, we're giving Year 6 students moving into Year 7 the opportunity to learn how to train safely, build confidence, improve fitness, and make new friends in a fun and supportive gym environment.
Over the 6-week programme, our coache will introduce young people to gym equipment, cardio training, basic strength training, and most importantly, the correct techniques and habits that will benefit them for years to come. Every session is fully supervised and designed specifically for beginners.
Many of our current secondary school youth gym members first started their journey through this programme. It has become a fantastic introduction to the gym and a great stepping stone into our wider youth fitness classes, helping young people feel confident and comfortable in the gym environment before starting secondary school.
We initially are planning to run our sessions every Monday and Wednesday at 10:30am throughout the summer holidays.
Pricing:
• £90 for the full 6-week programme (2 sessions per week, saving £30)
• £10 per session PAYG
If there is enough demand, we will look to add additional sessions throughout the summer.
