Another weekend, another event! This time it was a duathlon in the forest. Some of our Rookies are getting into the world of multisport events, be interesting to see how many more are tempted next year after our land based training over winter…. 🏃‍♀️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️

Once a year we have lifeguards from Seahorse Swim School join us for some training. The Rookies get to act, break all the rules and watch lifeguards in action throughout the session. It’s organised chaos and so much fun!
Back on best behaviour next week though! 🛟

Today a group of the Rookies headed over to the Duck n Dash aquathlon! Different ages meant they all did different distances and they all done brilliantly!! 🏅
