Today a group of the Rookies headed over to the Duck n Dash aquathlon! Different ages meant they all did different distances and they all brilliantly!! 🏅

OW week 6! A great session to end the holidays on, captured in this awesome drone footage! Massive well done to the Rookies that took part over the 6 weeks and thanks to the lake at Waterbeach for having us 🏊‍♀️🏊

Paddle like a Pro week 6 started well but the storm hit and the thunder alarm alerted ⛈️🚨
The first group had to make a swift exit from the pool and as the storm rolled in there was no chance of the second group getting in the water. Sad end to the paddle sessions this summer! But what fun the Rookies had in weeks 1 - 5!! Well done to all those that took part 👏

We’ve recruited a couple of new coaches recently so time to introduce them to you! First up is Milly…This was a bit of a silent recruitment that none of us knew was underway until all of sudden we ordered her a t-shirt 😂! Milly has helped out occasionally when visiting home but she has moved back home earlier in the summer and is now often seen amongst the team. Thanks for joining us Milly!!
