We told you we had more exciting news to announce, but today is something for our junior swimmers.

If your child is looking for a SwimFit course that focuses on technique, speed, endurance, race skills, and, most importantly, fun, then these Thursday evening sessions could be perfect. For one whole hour each week, Polly and Lucy will be working with swimmers aged 7 and above to take their swimming to the next level over 11 consecutive weeks (excluding the May half term).

Milly occasionally appears at our sessions to assist. Tonight she gave our Rookies a speech on how she started out doing Rookies, then as she got older progressed into lifeguarding and onto dive mastering! Giving examples on where she has used the skills we teach in real life and how easily transferable it was. The Rookies had a few questions on sharks, which was great as our first aid scenario tonight featured 🦈 teeth! Plus certificates and Easter eggs all round too!
