The second workout of Hero Week brought a very different challenge with Adrian.
This one is less about pure intensity and more about control, pacing, and some gymnastics skills that do not always get the spotlight in regular classes.
A great reminder that fitness is not just about going fast, but also about moving well!
A really strong effort from everyone who took it on and great to see athletes stepping outside their comfort zones with some less familiar skills.
