Kim Parr Fitness & Hyrox Trainer My mission when working with you is to ensure that you reach your desired targets on time.

As a Personal Trainer and Bootcamp specialist I’m am results driven and take pride in making changes happen. I'm keen on making the process, one that is fun, supportive and provides a relationship in which you will learn more about yourself and your capabilities. Every client is guided through a series of tests, analysis and training in a pattern devised by Myself. The process is designed to allow

us to completely understand you and assess your ability and potential. Fitness Analysis

Your initial consultation will allow us to gain a clear picture of your previous experiences, successes and failures. we together will then gain an understanding of the ways in which your body has previously performed and look for areas of past and current programmes that may have been the “missing link” in achieving your desired goal. You will be physically tested during this session using tests such as:

Body Weight
Body Fat Composition
Blood Pressure Analysis
BMI
Flexibility – measurement of “Range of Motion” around joints

Once this information has been gathered, I will work with you on developing a series of goals for the short and long term. This process of analysis and goal setting is vital to attaining success and is a fundamental part of how i work with you as your Personal Trainer.

The weather kept us inside, but that didn’t stop us turning the volume up! 💪

Tonight’s E2MOM session absolutely took the roof off! Every 2 minutes on the minute, the team attacked each round with energy, determination, and zero excuses.
