Soham and District Pony Club Open Hunter Trial opens on 11th October 2026. This East Anglia based horse event will take place at Whitehall Farm, Isleham, CB7 5RG.

Final competition at Isleham in 2026 is Wilkinson Sword Hunter Trial - Organised by Soham & District Branch of Pony Club.
Schedule will soon be available on Horse Events.
New class - pairs in 70 cm.
This event in open to PC and non PC.

Enjoyed a class of fence judging with son, Sam & mum, Mary.
Sal will open up for schooling, please contact her via phone or email to book.
We are honoured to have these soils, no rain all summer, 2.5 inches in last few weeks. Dry or wet these soils cope.
Lovely to see the 50 cm competitors and today lots of happy memories, especially of our British Eventing times.

XC soon to commence in dizzle at Isleham.
Thank you to Gary, course builder, sis Sally and Mum, Mary for decoration of fences. Lovely to see sunflowers of the farm in use.

The maps for the forthcoming Soham Pony Club event on Sunday are available on cross country apps.
Some courses are missing photos and I will try to update if I have time.
Maps are subject to change, which also include the optimum time. Please refer to master maps posted on site at Isleham Eventing.

Entries close for Soham & District Branch of Pony Club Mini One Day Event on Monday @ 23:55.

Confirm we will need to cut the grass as had well over an inch of rain recently and currently raining and now again a colour of green.
Course builder on site moving fences to different locations. The ground conditions are ideal, causing no concern, so will be an event with educational courses.

Pleased to report Isleham has had 17mm rain today, which has been well received by our soils which have the ability to deal with all weathers.
Plans are on going on site for next competition, two weeks Sunday. Fences have received attention, paint brush working hard.
The grass may now even need a trim and hopefully with this rain and looking like more to come may be a colour green.

Remaining 2026 competitions at Isleham.

Starts with Cambridge & District Riding Club - Show Jumping.

Then two Soham & District Branch of Piny Club organised eventd - Mini ODE - 13 September 2026 and finally the Wilkinson Sword Hunter Trial - 11 October 2026, both open to PC members and non PC.
