We are
currently thinking about offering a key holder membership , which will
mean that you will have a key and be able to take advantage of extended
hours. From 1st Jan 2024

Proposed hours and price would be:

£45.00 per month 2 month (trial period)

6am – 10pm Monday – Friday (3 hours extra)

8am – 6pm Saturday and Sunday (4 hours extra)

There would obviously be strict noise rules surrounding gym usage within the extended opening hours!

including the BOMB SQUAD and the NEW division of unlimited bench only.
THIS WILL HAVE AN INTERNATIONAL SANCTION

The first of the single lifts invitations will start going out in the next few days. I will put a notice up when they start - first will be the current British and World Champions. Linda Hicks thank you so much for your amazing designs and help with all our artwork.
