Ooooooh this was a little bit naughty! Cardio Killa snakes 🐍 and ladders 🪜 these legends smashed it as they always do! goooo on team! Well I wasn’t too sure what to teach today 🤔 so I made it up as we went along….not like me as I like to have a plan in place BUT this kinda worked 🥵💪🏼 Milton team absolutely crushed this workout! Super proud of these guys always rising up to the challenge and never giving up! proud coach for sure 👌

Milton legends absolutely CRUSHED this afternoons AMRAP 6.5 mins per station 5 stations two movements per station 10 reps of each exercise over and over 🤪 proper fatiguing each muscle group! Finisher was a cheeky ab burner….well done team! Turning up in all weather, super proud of our amazing clients 🫶🏼 💦💪🏼❤️
