🚨 CLUB STATEMENT 🚨

Wicken Amateurs FC can confirm that First Team Management Team, Rusty, Conor and Wellsy have stepped down from their role ahead of the 2026/27 season.

Everyone at the club would like to place on record our sincere thanks for their hard work, commitment and dedication during their time in charge. Their passion for the club and efforts on and off the pitch have been greatly appreciated by players, staff and supporters alike. We wish them all the very best for the future.

The club are also delighted to announce the appointment of a new dual-management team for the upcoming 2026/27 campaign.

JOSH STRICKLAND and DAYNE WOOD will take charge of the First Team moving forward, bringing fresh energy, ambition and a strong passion for the club as preparations begin for the new season.

Speaking on the appointment, the club said:

“We’re excited to welcome Josh and Dayne into the role together. Both know the club well and share the vision and commitment needed as we look ahead to the 2026/27 season. We’re looking forward to supporting them in this new chapter for Wicken Amateurs FC.”

Please join us in thanking Rusty, Conor and Wellsy for everything they have done for the club and welcoming Josh & Dayne into their new roles.
