Currently Sundays are the only day I have a reasonable amount of time available for long runs.

So if not then when?

How many of you find yourself putting off the mandate tasks, only to have it rears its ugly head later down the road bigger and badder than before?

So I ask again if not now, WHEN?

After a hectic week, I keep this routine.

Long run Saturday.
Long run Sunday.

No pressure on pace. Just time on my feet.

With everything going on inside & out,
these slow miles become more than training.

They’re space to think.
Space to reset.
Space to slow down.

Not every session is about pushing harder.
Some are about stepping back so you can keep moving forward.
