New year. Same you. Slightly better habits.
No โnew year, new meโ over here.
You do not need a personality transplant or a 5am ice bath routine.
Just:
โญ๏ธ show up regularly
โญ๏ธ lift the weights you usually avoid
โญ๏ธ eat good real food 80% of the time
โญ๏ธ prioritise rest when your body needs it
Progress isnโt dramatic.
Itโs unsexy.
Itโs repeating the basicsโฆ againโฆ and againโฆ and again.
And then somehow, it works.
Hereโs to a year of getting stronger, not punishing ourselves and training for life โ not just January.
