We may have been quiet on our socials as all our current classes are fully booked and we felt bad turning you away, however we are very excited to announce a new class for the new year!!

As a result of the popular demand from 10th January there is a new class starting in Elloughton for beginner’s of all ages, a gentle class to ease you in to pilates.

So if you would like to start the new year by learning a new skill, keeping yourself fit and well, improving your posture and help reduce joint pain then please get in touch and we can book your place ☺️
