Do you struggle to find time to train?

This is something I have personally struggled with❌

My day and week looks busy, so I used it as an excuse to say “I don’t have the time to train”

But it was an excuse! I did have time to train, I just struggled with structure!

Planning out your day ahead will help you find the time!

You may then realise you only have time to train once or twice a week

That one session is far better than finding an excuse and not doing anything❗️

Even on days you are stressed out and things ain’t going to plan!
Take some time out at the end of the day to go for a walk!
This will help greatly and make you feel productive!

Start off small, and implement things over time!

Yup, I am going to be honest here! I would snack all day!

Having snacks in the cupboards are far to tempting for me! ❌

I know that many others to, struggle with this!

Snacking all day, or most the night will quickly add up over time!!

So how can we stop the snacking?

Try to think a little different when next shopping✅

I know with me, if the cupboards aren’t full of snacks. I can’t snack all day!

Next time you are out to the shops, try avoid buying multi packs✅

This will help to minimise the amount you have in your cupboards!

Helping you to only have a snack now and again!

Making small changes over time, make a big difference!

Performing any exercise that gets your heart rate up is a good form of cardio!

This could be - Running, Swimming, Walking, Cycling, Football, Tennis basically anything that you enjoy!

Doing exercise that you enjoy wont feel like such a hard task!
