Barbell pull ups help you develop proper pulling mechanics.
Lower the bar = easier
Raise the bar = harder
Progress it weekly and your first pull-up is coming

Elevating the front foot increases depth, while the uneven load forces your core to work harder. Slow reps = stronger legs.

Amazing lunches

Less than £20 in total for all ingredients

Used:
• Red Lentil Penne (250 g)
• Chicken Breast Fillets (~640 g)
• Eatlean Grated Cheese (200 g)
• Campbell’s Cream of Chicken Soup (400 g can)
• Chopped Tomatoes (400 g can)
• Peri-Peri Seasoning
• Broccoli (2 heads)

Made 6 portions in total.

Macros per portion:
• 501 kcal
• 55 g Protein
• 31 g Carbs
• 13 g Fat

A simple, macro-friendly meal prep that’s high in protein, balanced in carbs and fats, and ideal for batch cooking during the week.
