All being livestreamed live from my lounge at 7AM – yup, that is Danni up early and ready to kickstart your day.
But don’t worry if that’s too early (or too late) then all workouts will be available on catch-up.
You’ll also be invited into a Private Facebook Group, but if you don’t want to be in that group that’s ok, you can watch on Youtube and fingers crossed via my website too.

The best bit is that this all only costs £7 if you book before midnight on Monday 27th May, after that it doubles to £14.
