Sunday runs were flowing for our 3rds and Foxes. Well done Troy and Ava.

🎣 Back on hallowed ground, back in the runs for Troy Newton. A innings anchoring 69 off 80 (10x4s) was a welcome return for this fisherman. What a day!

🦊 First FCC Ladies player to go “back-to-back”, a true talent! Ava dominated both the midweek and Sunday fixtures for the Frankton Foxes . Making over 50% of our total runs, 43*, carrying her bat after opening up on Monday; followed up by another 30*retired on Sunday (30 balls, 3x4s)

Well done to Henry, Dave and Emma who all made this week’s honours board, all having batted first and piled on the runs.

💯 Mee struck a superb unbeaten maiden century (85 balls, 16x4s), first of many we hope!

🫚 Prowler settled in away from home racking up runs, 74 off 95 balls (11x4s, 1x6) … just don’t ask about the wagon wheel. Sponsored by TRJL Contracts.

Tom Welti, Emma Cox, James Wigley, George Dickin, Sally Cattani-Davies and Emma Modos are running the Drayton Manor 10k on 12th April 2026 in support of Frankton Cricket Club Improvements during 2026.

These include outdoor net maintenance, ladies changing facilities, club kit storage and mens changing room seating.
