On Wednesday saw us play the brilliant One Hit Wonders (We also forgot a group photo 😔)
It was a hard fought game and we were kept on our toes in the first innings! Some brilliant fielding by the opposition ladies! Thank you to Diane for sorting our post match grub! Thank you one hit wonders for a good game! Finally Thank you Umpires!

Tuesday night saw us play Llanfyllin Eagles Rounders Team
We want to thank you for your patience upon arrival of the down pour 🌧☔️ but just like the most of the day it was short lived!!
You guys were a pleasure to play with your friendly and fierce yet apologetic nature! 😜 and we look forward to seeing g you again soon!

Another cup match down… last night saw us take on a limited Wolves Of Whittington team! With only 6 of them, they absolutely smashed it, with amazing bowling that kept one of our big hitters from actually touching the ball (Jamie-Lee Warburton 😉) to some quick fielding that stopped us in our tracks! It was definitely a match to remember!

Ellesmere Ladies 19- Whittington 4.5 👏

Well done to our umpires player and players players who both go to Jamie-Lee Warburton for being the backstops backstop for the other team and for spending most of the time on the floor whether that be catching a ball or bending over backwards to stump a post! 🔥

Tuesday night was our first Cup game. We were up against The Bell! They made some brilliant catches, and scored some great rounders! We all managed to brave the extremely windy, cold weather and made it to the end. With us taking the win 19.5-12. We look forward to seeing you again in the league!
