this summer by letting someone know where you're going 🗣️

Before getting on the water, tell someone on land your plans. Let them know your route, when you're going and when you expect to return 🕒

If they know your plans, they can check that you return safely.

If you get into difficulty when paddling, call 999. Ask for Fire & Rescue if you're inland or the Coastguard if in tidal waters.⁠
