Juniors (5-13) 7pm - 8.15pm
Seniors (14+) 8.15pm - 9.30pm Aikido is a martial art based upon an ancient Japanese self defence and combat skills.

Friday’s session was all about Tanto Tskiari attacks and distance control 🥋
We spent time drilling a few techniques we’ve been focusing on recently, including Iriminage and Tenkai Kote Hineri, with an emphasis on correct spacing and timing. ⏰

Coaches Gill and Paul also demonstrated and taught kuzushi, highlighting just how important it is to accurately create and time kuzushi to make a throw effective. Great detail, great learning, and plenty to take away and work on 💥

What a fantastic weekend at the spring school at Wi******er aikido club, thanks to all the coaches who took the time to coach and interact with noah.
