Most people join a coaching programme wanting to lose weight.
What they actually need is to become the person who can keep it off.
The reason people end up stuck in a cycle of losing and regaining weight isn’t because they lack motivation.
It’s because they’ve never learned how to navigate real life with real structure.
Busy weeks.
Meals out.
Holidays.
Stress.
Family commitments.
Low motivation.
Most plans don’t teach that.
They teach compliance.
My job isn’t simply to help someone lose weight.
My job is to help them build a lifestyle that eventually feels normal.
A lifestyle where exercise isn’t punishment.
A lifestyle where food isn’t stressful.
A lifestyle where they trust themselves.
When clients start saying things like:
“I know I’ll never yo yo again.”
That’s when I know we’re getting somewhere.
Because the goal was never just fat loss.
The goal was freedom.
