Sam did a 1hr online session with my son as we were doing a race with Club100. We sent a short onboard footage which he reviewed and went through what needed to be corrected. He also gave tips and tricks in overtaking and defending. On race day my son’s pace was awesome. His driving was more consistent, smoother and faster. Even during the race day he was keeping an eye on the time on alpha live timings and was
Messaging us with advice and encouragement. Sam is really friendly and a superb coach. For sure I will not hesitate to get in touch with him to coach my son again on his next race.

Win at R7 Hooton Park Indi Series for Red Lind 🏁🏆

The past few weeks I have worked with 4 different drivers in preparation for the Hooton Indi Kart Series

Red Lind - P1/18 (Fastest Lap 41.000 😲)
Jake Baury - P5/18 (Second Fastest Lap)
Max Baury - P6/18 Third Fastest Lap)
Freddie Walmsley - P15/18 (7th Fastest Lap)

Red Lind started 4th in the final and quickly took the lead where he ended up dominating the final .

Jake and Max were unlucky with the pack but showed great pace with their lap times. Both still in contention for a championship win 🏆

Freddie’s weekend did not reflect his pace as he did a 41.6 in the final which would have put him second but an unlucky contact put him at the back.

Was great working with these drivers. I will be working with at the next CKC weekend, looking forward to it 👀

Great Training Session Today !! 👌

Red Lind and Freddie Walmsley both setting very impressive lap times. Red Lind was setting blistering lap times constantly in the 40.9’s 😲✅

They are both working very hard for this weekends Indi Kart series at Hooton Park and the Cadet Kart Championship. 🏁

Max Baury achieved some impressive results all weekend! 🏁✅

Qualifying: P3🥉
Heat 1: P3 🥉
Heat 2: P2 🥈
Final: P4 🏁

Similar to his brother Jake, we worked on braking later and using all of the track to optimise his speed through the corners. Prior to the next round we will be looking to work on race craft and consistency.

Jake Baury gets Pole Position 🥇

Myself and Jake worked hard in our coaching session where we worked on braking and optimising his speed through the corners. The lesson seemed to pay off as Jake was immediately on the pace this weekend securing pole position 🥇

Two other S.P Racing school drivers Red Lind and Max Baury completed the top 3 in qualifying.
