These are some of the questions parents ask every day.

This morning, Sensei Theo and Sensei Troy were at Linkwood Primary School as part of our free school visit programme. This term, our team has visited 9 primary schools and 3 nurseries across Moray, helping reinforce important values such as confidence, resilience, respect, focus and teamwork.

For 27 years, we’ve used the medium of martial arts to support the messages schools are already teaching, tailoring every visit to the individual ethos and values of each school.

We’re proud to work alongside local schools to help inspire young people to be the best version of themselves.
