Game 5 the quarterfinals

Moray v Lanarkshire

The Juniors came out with fire in their belly’s this game! They managed to battle their way through and had numerous shots with near misses! Holding Lanark off for more than half of the game! Ending with a 1️⃣-0️⃣ loss for us.

This marks the end of the journey for the u12 juniors but we could not be more proud of they way they carried themselves and held their heads high!

Game 4

Moray v Murrayfield

Our Juniors went into the last game of the day feeling slightly disheartened but they bounced back quickly and came out with a 2️⃣-0️⃣ win!!!! This was just what our team needed to finished the day on a great note and ready to come back fighting tomorrow!

Next game is against Lanarkshire at 8:20 🏒

Moray v Solway

Game 3 in the books ending with a 3️⃣-2️⃣ loss for our Juniors. Not the result we were hoping for, but the team kept battling until the final whistle. We’ll regroup, learn from it, and come back stronger for the next one. Thank you to everyone for the support! 🏒💪

Our juniors came out fighting but we just couldn’t find the back of the net unfortunately ending with a 4️⃣-0️⃣ loss for us.

Next game is at 15:40 against Solway.

First game at Ronnie Miller for the U12s was a tough fight against Lanarkshire ending in a 4️⃣-0️⃣ loss for us. After a coach chat the team is ready to come out for the next game against Leeds Knights!!

Another weekend and another tournament! This time it’s our U12s turn to compete in the Ronnie Miller Memorial tournament down in North Ayr. Good luck to all the players competing 🏒

If you’re looking for a hockey fix closer to home our Moray Dolphins are playing an in-house game against our Moray Juniors boys tomorrow night 6.30pm at MLC 💗💙

🏒 Welcome to Weekend 2 of the Ronnie Miller Memorial Tournament 2026! 🏒

After a fantastic opening weekend, we’re excited to welcome our U12 and U16 teams to North Ayrshire for another action-packed weekend of hockey.

We look forward to hosting players, coaches, officials, volunteers, and supporters from across the UK as they compete in the spirit of the Ronnie Miller Memorial Tournament. Expect plenty of skill, determination, sportsmanship, and great memories both on and off the ice.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make Weekend 1 such a success. Now it’s time for our U12s and U16s to take centre stage!

Huge well done to Cooper and Sloane who were representing Scotland this weekend at the U14 Ronnie Millar Tournament!

Their team made it all the way to the final which is a huge achievement as the team was playing up an age group.

The final was a close battle ending 3-3 so went to 3 on 3 overtime where neither team could secure victory so it ended on penalties where ultimately Kilmarnock were to secure the win.

Fantastic game all round for our players representing their country 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

And that’s day 2 over for our u14s unfortunately.

A tough game v Widnes Wild ending 0-4. The score line didn’t reflect the determination each of our players showed but they were out skated by their opponent who had a full bench.

Good news for Cooper and Sloane with the Scotland team making it into the semi final this afternoon. Good luck guys!

More action coming up with our u12 team heading south to take part in the Ronnie Miller Memorial tournament next weekend!

Well that’s a wrap on day 1 of the Ronnie Miller Memorial tournament for our u14s.

Some great competitive games played today. Although results don’t reflect how close the games actually were and with a a short bench every player gave their all.

Final scores on day 1
v Scotland 0-2
V Murrayfield 0-3
v North Ayr 3-0
v Kilmarnock 0-1

Mohawk award for each game going to - Bailey, Elliot, Beau and Andrew

Now to get some rest and reset ahead of tomorrow’s game v Widnes Wild in the morning.
