RB Lifestyle Personal Training is back! After a few years away from Personal Training I am excited to announce that I am taking on clients from PureGym in Elgin! 🀝

My focus has always been muscle and strength building and it will always be my speciality. Over the last year, through my own training I have created a lifestyle that suits my gym goals within a full time job and family needs. This is what I want to achieve with my clients. πŸ’ͺ

I am a very open minded Personal Trainer with a love for all aspects (hybrid rockstars) so get in touch if you want to enjoy the gym again, start for the first time or get specialist help. 🫑

3 of the many reasons why you should work out and perform physical exercise! Read below for more info πŸ‘‡

Point Number 1 - When you exercise, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. These endorphins interact with the receptors in your brain that reduce your perception of pain. Endorphins also trigger a positive feeling in the body. That better feeling can spike your energy. πŸ”₯

Point Number 2 - Numerous studies have demonstrated that weightlifting and strength training help strengthen your joints as well as your muscles and bones. The long-term effects of weightlifting can provide you with decreased pain in these areas. 🦴

Point Number 3 - Working out burns calories! Along with a reduced calorie diet you will put your body in a calorie deficit. If you are in a calorie deficit (burning more calories than eating) you will loose weight and body fat, simple as that! πŸ’ͺ

As much as I like to preach to my clients about having a manageable fitness lifestyle I also like to lead by example. I personally love being a Bodybuilder and love feeling strong and fit. This is the reason why I am in this industry - I have a huge passion for health and fitness and love to see others find a love for it too! πŸ’ͺ

Over the last 4 years I have worked with a lot of different people like those who want to loose weight, gain muscle, get fitter or gain more confident in the gym. I will work with anyone who wants to change themselves for the better. 😎
