There will be an Extraordinary General Meeting held on Friday 2nd May 2025 at 7pm. This meeting is to elect a Treasurer and afternoon Match Secretary. It is very important that as many members as possible attend this meeting because without a Treasurer the club may not be able to continue. Copies of the agenda for this meeting are available in the stadium. Joan Glen, Secretary.

The jackpot tonight was £954
Richard Steele ticket was drawn and number 15 was picked for him and it was 2 of clubs. Richard wins £10.
As agreed we continued to make draws until the joker was found. After 17 draws Bronagh Gillies was picked and her Granny Isobel picked number 6 on her behalf and this was the joker. Bronagh wins £944 pounds. Spend it wisely Bronagh no booze unless your buying Granny a drink.

As some of you may know I’m having a year away from bowls and have stood down as treasurer. I believe a special general meeting is to be called to decide the future of the club. I have been on the committee since 2009 and been match secretary President and Treasurer.now is the time for others to take up some of the posts in the club otherwise we will have no club.

Joker
Friday night the jackpot was £911. Matthew Stepney’s ticket was drawn out and John Reid picked 26 on his behalf. This revealed the 6 of Hearts. Matthew wins £10. There is also two further £10 wins in office for M Stepney and Duncan Reid please pick them up.

Next week the Joker will be drawn after the AGM and prize giving. The jackpot will be £901 plus what ever is bought on the night. If the joker is not won on the first draw it will continue until the joker is found that night. So this will be a great opportunity to buy a few tickets to give you the chance to win the jackpot.
