Last beach session of the year, Dogs are welcome 🐾

Join us for a 50 minute beach yoga session followed by a cold dip and a cuppa.

15h00 - Meet up by carpark
15h10 - Beach Yoga
16h00 - Swim
16h30 - Tea/Coffee (bring your own cup or flask)

What to bring:
- Water 💧
- Blanket or towel rather than a mat
- Towel
- Suncream 🌞
- Hat 👒
- Mug/flask

These events are subject to weather conditions and tide. An alternative location will be available if weather does not allow for these events to go ahead.

⚠️ ONCE TICKETS ARE BOOKED THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS!
