When yoga teachers think about hands-on adjustments, we naturally think about our hands.
But sometimes the best adjustment isn't made with your hands at all.
A well-placed prop can provide support, encourage awareness and give students the space to explore a pose in their own time.
Knowing when to use your hands is an important skill.
Knowing when not to is just as important.
If you'd like to explore this way of thinking, you'll find more through the link in my bio.
